Not so long ago I tipped the scales at over 143kg and had many health issues. I began to work on an improved way of life improving my diet, mindset, work-life balance and my level of physical activity.
I completed my training as a Personal Trainer and have developed a deep interest in continuing to learn approaches that help in developing balanced, realistic and achievable solutions for my clients.
Now approximately 50kg lighter and much healthier, I am a REAL person with REAL everyday challenges looking for REAL solutions. I am motivated to help others achieve the changes they wish to see in their own lives.
Lifestyle change is a progressive process that helps you to focus on the small changes that bring about the big changes you want to make reality. Training is “All about You”. Individualised programmes and personal advice with YOUR results kept firmly in mind.
